Wearing tech suits

A first-time swimmer will always have some difficulties putting on a kneeskin, but even a seasoned pro can still run into issues. For smooth wearing, you can apply some Vaseline to your knuckles. Another way is to cross your legs when wearing the kneeskin to allow yourself a little more breathing room, shall we say.

Getting rid of water in the ears

It is very easy for water to get into your ears when swimming, but getting it out can be frustrating. If you have been swimming for some time now, you may have experienced such situations. One way to solve this is to use rubbing alcohol as an evaporator. Another method is to shake your head vigorously to one side to get the water out.

The 25s count

This one is usually reserved for swimming lessons and competitions. But, we all know counting can be confusing sometimes. In swimming, the first 25 meters is fly, followed by 25 backstroke, then breaststroke before freestyling. Between heats, there are 10 seconds of rest.
